The Orgasicise 30 Day Challenge

I have decided that I am tired of being fat and sad. 

I like to think that I am a smart woman. I like to figure things out. In trying to figure out why I am STILL fat and still sad and still really not that interested in sex as an act, I read many MANY studies about how sex (orgasms really)and exercise change your brain chemistry and make you happy. I also read some very good mommy blogs (and very bad ones)concerning the topic of sex. Many of them pretty much say to "suck it up " (literally) and go for it even if you aren't into it; at the end you will realize that it wasn't that bad. Funny, the other night on "Nickmom" there was a comedienne who said the same thing. I want to be happy, I am ready for the happy to be the norm again. It's been too damn long. I am also ready to get my "Groove" back. 

SO, I have started back running and have made an effort to make myself a bit more "available" to my husband. Guess what? I feel a little better. This led me to question, "If I do some sort of exercise and have an orgasm EVERY DAY for 30 days, what effect will it have on me?". Being the scientist that I am, I am ready to find that out. 

Starting tonight: I will commit to 1 orgasm and at least 1 exercise routine per day for 30 days. 

I will log my progress and we will see if the literature is legit, that orgasms and exercise can cure even the most emotionally blah, sexually stunted, and physically soft ones of us. I've got running shoes, a pull up bar, and a drawer full of new batteries....Let's do this.
